SEO Recruiting

Do you find that posting an SEO job description isn’t working for you? It may be the applicants themselves or your teams ability/SEO knowledge to effectively interview them.

Nick offers the ability to partner with select companies on their SEO hiring endeavors. (Note: currently only accepting companies based in or looking to hire US based employees)

Pricing

  • $1,000 deposit due upon signing the agreement.

Commission per role

Note that the initial $1000.00 payment is discounted from the total fee at the end. If you choose not to sign any applicants provided by Nick, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • SEO Director / Team Lead / VP = 20% of final base salary agreed upon with applicant.
  • Sr Strategist / (Sr) Manager role = 15% of final base salary agreed upon with applicant.
  • Analyst / Mid-level SEO role = 15% of final base salary agreed upon with applicant.
  • Entry-level SEO role = 15% of final salary agreed upon with applicant.

The Math:
You make an offer that is accepted for your open Sr. SEO Manager position with a $100,000 base salary.
$100,000 * 15% = $15,000 – $1000 deposit. $14,000 due

How the Process typically works

Your company is looking to hire a new SEO Manager to join your team. Have a 15+ year seasoned SEO consultant supporting your team. Reduce non-skill fitting applicants or applicants who’s expecations are outside what the company is willing to offer.

The process

  1. Nick works with you and/or the hiring manager to align on the job description, requirements, location, and compensation range. At this time, we’ll establish the hiring process (who talks to whom and when + rejection/offer process)
  2. Nick reaches out through his network to identify applicants who may be a good fit.
  3. Nick conducts an initial screening to ensure applicants meet the desired level of SEO skills and requirements for this position (the hiring manager can then focus on culture fit, timelines, salary negotiations, etc.).
  4. Nick shares notes and/or meets with the hiring manager to discuss candidates and next steps.
  5. The hiring manager shares with Nick their final decision and the offer they intend to make to the applicant.
  6. Applicant receives offer, signs, and schedules their start date (yay!)
