- Be comfortable with hybrid working between office/home.

</li> - Ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
</li> - Perform ongoing keyword research and review of keyword opportunities
</li> - Create SEO content to attract backlinks
</li> - Research
and analyse competitor activity, keywork research, and backlink audits
using SEMRush to identify trends, insights and improve our backlinking
and SEO performance
</li> - Identify and resolve any issues around SEO
</li> - Track and report backlinking progress

Requirements</h3>
Your ideal skills for SEO</b>
</div>- 2 -3+ years of proven SEO experience, especially backlinking, in an environment of lead/sales generation
</li> - Strong spoken and written English skills
</li> - Solid understanding of digital marketing, conversion and customer acquisition
</li> - Proactive team member able to work autonomously and alongside team members
</li> - Experience of using a SEM tool such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc. We use SEMRush
</li> - Experience of content management systems and website analytics tools
</li> - Experience with A/B testing experiments
</li> - Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
</li> - Working knowledge of coding HTML, CSS and Javascript would be advantageous
</li> - Be a keen follower of the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
</li> - Desire to progress, improve and develop professionally
