About The Role
The SEO / SEM Specialist owns organic search growth and paid search performance across the company’s digital properties, combining technical SEO, content strategy, keyword research, and campaign optimization to increase qualified traffic and conversions.
You will partner with content, product marketing, web, and analytics teams to improve search visibility, manage Google Ads programs, and turn performance data from GA4 and Google Search Console into clear recommendations and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content optimization programs across websites and landing pages
- Manage Google Ads search campaigns, including account structure, keyword strategy, bidding, budget allocation, ad copy, and conversion tracking
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis using tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to identify growth opportunities
- Audit site health, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, redirects, schema markup, and internal linking using Screaming Frog and Google Search Console
- Build dashboards and recurring reports in GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools to track rankings, traffic, conversions, ROAS, and cost per acquisition
- Partner with writers, developers, and designers to improve landing pages, metadata, content briefs, and search-driven user journeys
- Run structured tests on ad messaging, landing pages, and keyword segments, documenting insights and prioritizing follow-up work
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience, ideally supporting technology, SaaS, or complex B2B or B2C digital products
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking fundamentals
- Proficiency with SEO platforms such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or equivalent tools
- Experience diagnosing technical SEO issues and translating findings into clear requirements for web and engineering teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect search performance to leads, revenue, CAC, and other business outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Advertising, SQL, Looker Studio, structured data, international SEO, or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo
