We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded SEO Lead to lead and execute our organic growth strategy. This is a hands -on role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability across technical SEO, content optimisation, keyword strategy, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Growth</span>
</span></h3>
  • Own and manage the overall SEO roadmap aligned with business growth goals</span>

  • Identify opportunities to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions</span>
    </span></li>
  • Develop and execute short – and long -term SEO initiatives across multiple digital assets</span>
    </span></li>
  • Monitor industry trends, search algorithm updates, and competitor activity to maintain competitive advantage</span>
    </span></li></ul>

    Technical SEO</span>
    </span></h3>
    • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and prioritise fixes</span>
      </span></li>
    • Partner with developers to resolve crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data issues</span>
      </span></li>
    • Improve site architecture, URL structure, canonicalisation, redirects, and XML sitemap management</span>
      </span></li>
    • Ensure websites follow SEO best practices across desktop and mobile experiences</span>
      </span></li></ul>

      Keyword Research & Content Optimisation</span>
      </span></h3>
      • Perform in -depth keyword research to identify high -value search opportunities</span>
        </span></li>
      • Analyse search intent and competitor positioning to inform content strategy</span>
        </span></li>
      • Create SEO -driven content briefs for writers and content teams</span>
        </span></li>
      • Optimise existing content and landing pages to improve rankings and user engagement</span>
        </span></li>
      • Identify content gaps and opportunities for scalable organic growth</span>
        </span></li></ul>

        On -Page SEO & Internal Linking</span>
        </span></h3>
        • Improve metadata, headings, content structure, and on -page optimisation across key pages</span>
          </span></li>
        • Develop and implement internal linking strategies to improve topical authority and crawl efficiency</span>
          </span></li>
        • Ensure all SEO recommendations align with UX and conversion goals</span>
          </span></li></ul>

          Authority Building & Off -Page SEO</span>
          </span></h3>
          • Support backlink acquisition and digital authority -building initiatives</span>
            </span></li>
          • Monitor backlink profiles and identify opportunities to improve domain authority</span>
            </span></li>
          • Collaborate on outreach or partnership opportunities that support SEO growth</span>
            </span></li></ul>

            Analytics & Reporting</span>
            </span></h3>
            • Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog</span>
              </span></li>
            • Track rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversion performance</span>
              </span></li>
            • Produce regular SEO reports with actionable insights, priorities, and recommendations</span>
              </span></li>
            • Clearly communicate SEO impact and progress to stakeholders</span>
              </span></li></ul>

              Requirements</span>
              </span></h1>
              • 3–5+ years of hands -on SEO experience with a proven track record of organic growth</span>
                </span></li>
              • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on -page optimisation, and content SEO</span>
                </span></li>
              • Experience managing SEO initiatives from strategy through execution</span>
                </span></li>
              • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools including: </span>
                • Ahrefs</span>
                  </span></li>
                • Semrush</span>
                  </span></li>
                • Screaming Frog</span>
                  </span></li>
                • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)</span>
                  </span></li>
                • Google Search Console</span>

                • Ability to analyse data and translate findings into actionable recommendations</span>
                  </span></li>
                • Experience improving rankings, increasing organic traffic, and driving qualified leads or conversions</span>

                • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English</span>

                • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment</span>

                • Highly organised with strong prioritisation and project management skills</span>
