About the Role
The SEO Consultant leads strategy and communications for an assigned book of SEO clients. You'll manage and collaborate on work performed by SEO Specialists, ensuring that campaign tasks and client deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead client communications and SEO strategy for assigned accounts.
- Review initial and recurring campaign work for quality, including optimizations, link building, review responses, blog posts, social media posts, reports, and client deliverables.
- Collaborate with SEO Specialists to complete account work and coordinate client communications.
- Run client strategy and reporting calls, offering actionable suggestions to improve campaigns.
Qualifications
Required
- At least 1 year of SEO experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with SEO and site auditing tools, including Screaming Frog.
- Excellent content writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and data analysis.
Preferred
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-specific experience.
- Experience in Local SEO.
- Ability to communicate confidently with car dealers.
- PR and outreach experience.
- Experience leading and working with international teams.

Compensation and Benefits
The targeted salary range is $41,200 – $57,950 USD per year. The range may be adjusted based on job-related factors such as experience and training, internal pay equity, licensure and certifications, market factors, departmental budgets, and responsibility.
