Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Demand Generation Growth Marketer to build and scale our client’s brand and demand engine from the ground up. You will define how the company reaches new audiences, craft their story across digital channels, and translate technical innovation into powerful, human-centered narratives.
This role blends creativity and analytics: part storyteller, part strategist, and part growth hacker. You will work closely with the founders, engineers, and forward-deployed teams to ensure our client’s message connects authentically with customers and the broader AI ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels to drive awareness and adoption of our client’s platform.

Content Strategy: Lead content initiatives—from thought leadership and case studies to videos and community engagement—ensuring consistent storytelling and brand voice.

Search & SEO: Develop and optimize SEO/GEO and paid search strategies to increase digital reach and engagement.

Analytics & Optimization: Analyze performance data and run growth experiments to identify new opportunities and improve overall ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to align messaging, launch new features, and support customer success stories.

Marketing Infrastructure: Build and manage the full marketing stack, automation workflows, and analytics dashboards for comprehensive campaign tracking and insights.

Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of algorithmic trends on platforms like LinkedIn, X, and others to maximize organic traction.
Qualifications & Experience

Experience Level: 3–6+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 2+ years in a role at a high-growth startup.

Startup Scaling: Proven experience scaling companies from Seed through Series A and beyond, ideally within technical fields (e.g., compliance, security) selling to Fortune 500 companies.

Channel Expertise: Strong grasp of modern growth and content marketing channels, including email, SEO, GEO, paid search, and organic social.

Funnel Management: Hands-on experience running and optimizing full-funnel campaigns across awareness, acquisition, and retention.

Technical Fluency: Proficiency with analytics and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webflow, Notion, Figma, or similar).

Data Analysis: Comfort analyzing data to identify growth levers and optimize CAC-to-LTV ratios.

AI Tool Proficiency: Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Jasper, or similar) to accelerate content creation and analysis.

Communication: Excellent written communication skills, with a proven ability to make complex, technical ideas feel accessible and exciting. Exceptional capability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
