The Core Job (Non-Negotiable)
These four areas define success in this role:

1. AI-Assisted Blog Content → CMS Publishing
You will execute a structured content strategy that includes keyword research, content briefs, and a hub-and-spoke architecture already in place.
Your responsibility is to turn briefs into high-quality, published content.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to generate first drafts from content briefs and keywords
  • Rewrite and refine AI output so it reads natural, human, and brand-consistent
  • Fact-check, improve clarity, and ensure editorial quality (no “AI-sounding” content)
  • Publish 2–4 blog posts per week into a CMS (proper formatting: H1/H2/H3, meta title, meta description, slug)
  • Source and integrate relevant visuals for every post (hero images, diagrams, screenshots where relevant)
  • Ensure images are contextually relevant, correctly sized, and include alt text
  • Add internal links following the hub-and-spoke structure
  • Implement FAQ schema markup where applicable (training provided)
  • Maintain tracking in the content calendar (status, publish date, URL, performance notes)
2. Weekly Newsletter
Own a weekly email newsletter sent to a B2B audience (sales and revenue professionals).
  • Draft one newsletter per week in an email platform (e.g., Klaviyo or equivalent)
  • Curate 2–3 external insights (industry news, posts, tools, studies)
  • Write concise commentary and framing around each item
  • Include links to newly published content
  • Maintain a clear, non-promotional tone focused on value and relevance
  • Schedule, test, and send each issue
  • Monitor open and click-through rates weekly and flag performance trends
3. LinkedIn Content (1–2 Posts Weekly)
Manage consistent organic presence on LinkedIn.
  • Write 1–2 posts per week for a company LinkedIn page
  • Avoid generic “corporate thought leadership” tone — keep it specific, practical, and grounded
  • Pull insights from blog content, product use cases, customer conversations, or sales insights
  • Create or source supporting visuals (screenshots, simple graphics, text-based visuals)
  • Schedule posts using a social scheduling tool or native platform
  • Monitor engagement and flag important comments or mentions for response
4. Template Pages & Gated Content
Build and publish downloadable, conversion-focused content assets.
  • Write landing page copy for template downloads (based on provided briefs)
  • Format templates into usable assets (PDF, Slides, or Docs)
  • Publish gated landing pages in CMS with email capture integration
  • Ensure proper metadata, internal linking, and conversion flow
  • Maintain consistency between page copy and downloadable asset
Who This Role Is For
This role is for someone who is highly proficient in AI-assisted content production and can maintain quality at volume.

Required Skills
  • Strong experience using AI writing tools effectively (knows the difference between edited output and raw AI content)
  • Ability to write clearly, directly, and without corporate or filler language
  • Experience publishing content in a CMS environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload independently
  • Ability to source relevant, context-aware visuals
  • Comfortable receiving editorial feedback and iterating quickly

Strong Plus

  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow or similar)
  • Email marketing experience
  • Basic SEO understanding (metadata, structure, internal linking)
  • Experience writing for B2B audiences (sales, revenue, or SaaS context)
  • Familiarity with CRM ecosystems
  • Experience with LinkedIn content creation and distribution

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM ET
Compensation: USD salary
