As an SEO & GEO Account Manager in the Audience AI team, you lead GEO campaigns for UK clients, shaping discoverability across traditional and AI-powered search. You collaborate with editorial, analytics and commercial stakeholders to deliver impactful SEO strategies and measurable outcomes. You’ll translate data into actionable recommendations, manage client relationships, and stay ahead of emerging AI search trends. This role combines technical SEO expertise with strategic client advisory in a fast-changing landscape.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of UK-based GEO clients
- Lead regular client meetings, performance reviews and strategic discussions
- Build trusted advisor relationships on SEO and emerging search visibility
- Translate complex SEO/GEO concepts into actionable recommendations
- Guide clients through evolving search landscapes and explain campaign performance
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned to objectives
- Analyze campaign performance and visibility across traditional and AI-powered search
- Monitor AI-powered search visibility trends (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews/Mode)
- Interpret data to identify optimisation opportunities and work with the optimisation team
- Communicate insights clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to best practices for Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
- Support new business opportunities with GEO expertise in pitches and proposals
- Collaborate with commercial teams to articulate campaign approaches and outcomes
- Support long-term client success through effective delivery and clear result communication
Key requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an SEO-focused role
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimisation and performance measurement
- Experience presenting SEO insights and performance updates to clients or senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, peec.ai, Screaming Frog or similar
- Confidence analysing data and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Interest in AI, emerging search experiences and future of content discovery
- Experience managing multiple projects or client relationships
