Job Title: Delivery Manager (Digital Programs)
Location: Foster City, CA or Raleigh, NC (Locals only, Onsite from day 1)
Job Type: 6-12+ month Contract

Job Description:

• Demonstrated accountability and ownership, able to thrive in ambiguity, manage with domain expertise, a self-starter with excellent stakeholder management.
• Leadership: Demonstrate visionary thought leadership across current and future Digital areas with a special focus on Web as a channel, and future facing technologies in the Pharma industry
• Capability Lead: Is the single point of contact accountable for IT stakeholder management across core functional teams for Web
• Roadmap Planning/Execution: Must demonstrate repeated success in strategic and operational delivery of global enterprise level programs managing large pools of resources across various geographic locations
• Strategic Architecture and Technology Acumen: Demonstrates very strong strategic technology-oriented acumen within Web domain. Knowledge of key technologies, applications, capabilities and trends is essential. Understanding of the big picture of how capabilities interact with and relate to other parts of overall IT landscape is a must
• Organization Effectiveness: Demonstrate expert level knowledge, experience and proven navigational and change management skills across centralized/decentralized/global/regional/global-local/product-oriented constructs and operating models within enterprise organizations going through transformations across multiple disciplines and domains. Must demonstrate and be willing to work across both strategic and operational areas of the organization
• Digital Skills: Strong understanding of all things Digital within Pharma landscape. This includes but is not limited to Web, Mobile, ChatBot, Social channels etc.
• Trend Analysis, Benchmarking, and Innovation: Demonstrate cross industry knowledge of implementable use cases and opportunities across functions, trends and benchmarks (metrics/cost) to advance competitive advantage.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong understanding of all things in Digital within Pharma landscape. This includes but is not limited to Web, Mobile, ChatBot, Social channels etc.
• MUST have website management and content.
• Extensive technical background and be able to work with cross functional technical teams in addition to managing technical resources and projects.
• Strong appreciation of digital and architecture for digital programs
• Understanding / appreciation of integration requirements for website development programs – content e.g.Veeva MedComms, MDM, Metadata etc
• Technical acumen as a must

Website management program experience

• Proven work experience as a Digital project manager for websites simple / medium / complex
• Digital decoupling experience
• Familiarity with Content Management systems
• Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
• Background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
• Agency coordination experience
• Familiarity with LS MLR process

Content Management experience

• Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
• Creation and publication of engaging content
• Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
• Content optimization according to SEO.
