About the Role: Adim Media is looking for a part-time Website Maintenance & SEO Specialist to join our team, supporting ongoing maintenance and SEO operations across our client portfolio.
What You'll Do:
- Perform routine WordPress website edits and content updates across multiple client sites
- Keep all plugins, themes, and core software up to date
- Conduct weekly web audits to ensure sites are in good technical standing (speed, uptime, broken links, security)
- Manage on-page SEO operations using RankMath (keyword optimization, meta data, schema, sitemaps, etc.)
- Monitor site health and flag/resolve issues proactively
- Provide monthly reporting on site performance and SEO progress to clients/internal team
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience with WordPress site management and maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of RankMath SEO (or comparable plugins like Yoast)
- Proven experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Understanding of on-page and technical SEO best practices
- Experience with plugin/theme updates and basic troubleshooting
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple sites/clients on a recurring schedule
- Bonus: experience with WooCommerce/Shopify or home services industry sites
Details:
- Location: Tomball, TX (on-site)
- Part-time, 20–30 hours/week on a fixed weekly schedule (varies based on client workload)
- Pay: Based on experience
- Potential to transition to full-time after a 3–6 month evaluation period, based on performance and workload
