About The Role
The SEO Strategist (Consultant) at House Buyers of America will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's online visibility and digital marketing efforts. This remote position involves developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and support the company's nationwide expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SEO best practices, analytics, and content optimization, working closely with marketing and sales teams to align digital strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance, implementing on-page and off-page SEO techniques, and staying updated with the latest industry trends. The role requires a proactive, analytical thinker capable of managing multiple projects and delivering measurable results that contribute to the company's growth trajectory.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related roles
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding SEO targets
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
