Toplent helps companies scale faster by connecting them with exceptional remote professionals from SEA, LATAM, and South Africa. We are currently collaborating with a client who is looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join their team on a full-time remote basis.

Responsibilities:

• 🔎 Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant keywords for content optimization
• 📝 Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog articles, and product descriptions, to boost rankings and user engagement
• 📢 Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link building, to increase website authority and visibility
• 📊 Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz, and provide actionable insights
• ⚙️ Perform regular website audits to identify technical issues, improve site speed, and ensure proper indexing by search engines
• 🎨 Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web developers to implement SEO best practices across the website
• 🔍 Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and identify opportunities to stay ahead in organic search
• 📈 Generate reports and present findings to marketing teams and management to showcase the impact of SEO initiatives
• 🧠 Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly

Required Skills:

• 💬 Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors
• 📚 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• 👩‍💻 Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role with a track record of improving website rankings
• 🔍 Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
• ⚙️ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic website optimization
• ⏱️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• 🤝 Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• 🖋️ Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
