About The Role
The role owns organic and paid search strategy end-to-end, scaling technical SEO and SEM campaigns to drive high-intent pipeline for technology products.
The specialist will partner closely with product marketing, content writers, and growth engineering to optimize site architecture, run paid experiments, and maximize organic search visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to maximize ROI and lower CAC
- Conduct technical SEO audits, resolve site crawlability issues, and collaborate with engineering on core web vitals and schema markup
- Execute keyword research, intent mapping, and content optimization strategies to scale organic traffic in competitive tech markets
- Design and execute ongoing A/B testing programs for landing pages, ad copy, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates
- Monitor algorithm updates, market trends, and competitor positioning to adapt search strategies proactively
- Build and maintain executive-level dashboards tracking keyword rankings, organic traffic, paid spend, and pipeline attribution using GA4, Looker Studio, and SEMrush
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience managing SEO and SEM campaigns for B2B or B2C technology companies
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, site migration best practices, and search console optimization
- Proven track record of scaling paid search budgets while maintaining strict target cost-per-acquisition (CPA) thresholds
- Proficient with industry-standard tools including Google Ads, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and screaming frog
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to turn complex search data into actionable growth strategies
- Bonus: Experience with programmatic SEO, Python for marketing automation, or enterprise SaaS demand generation
