About The Role

The role owns organic and paid search strategy end-to-end, scaling technical SEO, site architecture, and high-intent SEM campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue.

The team partners closely with content, product, and growth engineering to execute on-page optimizations, manage search budgets, and compound organic visibility in competitive tech markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and execute technical SEO strategies, improving site health, crawlability, core web vitals, and indexation across high-traffic web properties
• Manage and optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, scaling paid acquisition while defending target customer acquisition costs
• Conduct exhaustive keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content briefs and capture high-intent search volume
• Collaborate with content and design teams to build scalable, conversion-optimized landing pages tailored to organic and paid traffic
• Own search analytics: track rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and enterprise BI tools
• Run rigorous A/B tests on ad copy, bids, landing page layouts, and metadata to continuously improve conversion rates

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience managing large-scale organic and paid search programs for B2B or B2C tech companies
• Deep technical SEO expertise including site migrations, schema markup, internationalization, and JavaScript rendering
• Proven track record of scaling Google Ads budgets profitably and managing complex keyword portfolios
• Expert-level proficiency with modern SEO and analytics toolsets (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio)
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable growth strategies
• Bonus: Experience with programmatic SEO, SQL, Python for marketing automation, or enterprise SaaS link-building campaigns
