Experience:
- 5-7+ years of hands-on SEO experience within a digital agency setting
- Proven ability to manage 6-10 client accounts simultaneously
- Strong expertise in technical SEO audits and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush (or Ahrefs), and WordPress
- Solid knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS basics for technical implementations
- Excellent documentation and client communication skills
