🌟 Job Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned On-Page SEO Specialist to optimize and enhance our website’s on-page SEO performance while driving multi-location performance growth for our Google Business Profiles. If you’re passionate about SEO and love using data-driven strategies to drive growth, we want you on our team! This is a full-time contract, fully remote role in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

📌 Requirements

✔️ 5+ years of hands-on experience in On-Page and Content SEO.
✔️ Near-native English proficiency with a professional demeanor.
✔️ Proven experience optimizing multi-location, service-area businesses
✔️ Expertise in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.).
✔️ Strong skills in keyword research & competitor analysis to drive growth.
✔️ Knows how to use both SEO data and business insights to derive strong understanding of local intent, proximity bias, and city/service page differentiation.
✔️ Fast-paced, High attention to detail, Organized
✔️ Experience in technical SEO audits and fixes (site speed, mobile optimization, indexing).
✔️ Well versed with AI tool platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and more optimal ways to use them (terminal) for SEO content optimization and all other processing required. Uses AI as a force multiplier, not a replacement for SEO judgment
✔️ Comfortable optimizing for seasonal demand shifts (HVAC, electrical, plumbing cycles)

🔍 Responsibilities

✅ Execute or assist in crafting on-page SEO strategies (meta tags, headings, images, internal linking).
✅ Able to independently plan, execute, and iterate on on-page SEO initiatives without step-by-step instructions, while keeping all stakeholders in the loop.
✅ Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for growth opportunities.
✅ Optimize technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, indexing).
✅ Perform SEO audits and implement actionable improvements.
✅ Keeps up with SEO evolution while critically evaluating which local SEO practices are actionable versus speculative.
✅ Work with or collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content is published.
✅ Utilize tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Advanced Web Ranking, Google Search Console to track performance.
