We're partnering confidentially with a fast-growing, digital-first professional services company seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead its global marketing function.
This is a rare opportunity to build, own, and execute the marketing strategy for a highly respected international business operating in a complex, trust-driven industry. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll have full ownership of brand strategy, SEO, AI search, content operations, paid acquisition, PR, conversion optimization, and marketing performance.
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage agencies from a distance. We're looking for a builder—someone who enjoys creating systems, scaling growth, leveraging AI, and delivering measurable business results.

What You'll Be Doing
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's global marketing strategy
- Own brand positioning, messaging, and market awareness
- Partner directly with executive leadership to support business growth
- Build scalable marketing processes and performance frameworks
- Manage the marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI and revenue growth
SEO, AI Search & Organic Growth
- Lead SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy
- Build content architecture optimized for both traditional and AI-powered search
- Increase organic visibility, authority, and qualified lead generation
- Monitor search performance, AI citations, rankings, and conversion metrics
- Stay ahead of emerging AI and search technologies
Content & Brand Authority
- Lead content strategy across digital channels including blogs, email, social media, video, and resource libraries
- Build AI-assisted content workflows that improve quality and efficiency
- Establish the company as a recognized thought leader within its industry
- Drive PR and earned media opportunities
- Ensure all content reflects technical accuracy, credibility, and trust
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Own paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads and other digital channels
- Optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition costs
- Develop attribution models linking marketing performance to revenue
- Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve retention and customer value
- Report marketing performance and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO
What We're Looking For
Required
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience
- 3-5+ years leading marketing within a high-growth digital business
- Proven experience building and scaling marketing functions
- Deep expertise in SEO, AI Search (AEO), content strategy, and organic growth
- Strong paid media and digital acquisition experience
- Experience implementing AI-enabled content operations
- Expertise in marketing analytics, attribution, and performance reporting
- Exceptional written communication and storytelling abilities
- Experience working directly with executive leadership
Preferred
- Experience in financial services, fintech, legal, insurance, tax, or other trust-based professional services
- PR and earned media experience
- SaaS or subscription-based business experience
- Global B2C or B2B marketing experience
- Experience leading fully remote teams
