About the Role
Join a consumer gaming platform as a hands-on Product Growth individual contributor focused on the creator side of a two-sided marketplace. You will build the creator growth function, helping more creators progress from first visit to publishing their first game.
Identify high-impact opportunities across the creator journey and ship experiments to improve key growth metrics.
Build mockups and prototypes to test ideas quickly, then partner with frontend engineers to bring successful concepts to production.
Work with engineering, design, and data teammates to shape the roadmap and develop the growth function.
Experience personally running growth experiments, analyzing data, and explaining outcomes and learnings.
A hands-on individual contributor with technical product experience and a record of building or prototyping, such as through scripts, side projects, or AI-assisted coding tools.
Strong data analytics skills, including experience with SQL, Python, product analytics tools, and A/B testing.
Computer science or equivalent technical education and strong technical fundamentals.
Experience with creator-focused products, user-generated content, games, or two-sided marketplaces is valuable.
On-site in Los Altos, California, four days per week.
