About the Role
Own growth for the creator side of a consumer gaming platform, from a creators first visit through their first published game. Youll work closely with product, engineering, design, and data to build the growth function and improve creator acquisition and engagement.
Identify high-impact opportunities across the creator journey and ship experiments that improve key growth metrics.
Create mockups and prototypes using coding and AI-assisted tools, then partner with front-end engineers to launch successful ideas.
Analyze product data, run A/B tests, and turn user behavior into practical growth strategies.
Talk with creators in the community, gather feedback, and use it to guide product iterations.
Collaborate with the team on the product roadmap and help establish scalable growth practices.
Strong data analysis skills, including SQL, product analytics tools, and A/B testing; Python experience is useful.
Hands-on technical skills, such as building prototypes, scripts, or side projects, and strong computer science fundamentals.
Experience with creator products, user-generated content, games, or two-sided marketplaces is valuable.
On-site in Palo Alto, California, four days per week.
