This is not a traditional content marketing or social media position; it requires a working leader with a hands-on approach to creative direction and team leadership. The Head of Content Monetization and Executive Production will be expected to grow owned audiences, develop fan funnels, and leverage data to optimize engagement. They should have a deep understanding of digital media economics, platform algorithms, and audience development, and be comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
