ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to own the entire lead gen cycle. You’ll be the one turning heads and converting them into qualified leads (MQLs), pipeline opportunities (SQLs), and new revenue.
This role is focused on building and scaling non-traditional lead gen paths that reach customers where they actually hang out. Forget the standard paid-ad playbook; we’re talking about building compounding growth systems from scratch.
This is a high-speed, hands-on role in a lean team at an award-winning agency. If you’re a growth marketer who loves working solo, stretching a small budget, and building your own map as you generate MQLs, you’ll thrive here.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Full-Funnel Nurture
Own the lead journey from first touch to sales handoff across our three core audiences: auto dealers, local SMBs, and enterprise multi-location businesses. This includes converting existing content (studies, webinars, conferences/events, case studies) into lead magnets while executing pre- and post-event nurture campaigns to extend engagement well past the event date. You’ll work with our content partners to convert content into lead-generating assets.
Growth Mechanics
Forget the “best practices” everyone else is following. We need you to build non-standard growth loops, behavioral triggers, email funnels, and clever experiments that actually generate leads. You know that winning hearts with great storytelling and psychology is just as vital as managing the Meta budget.
Campaign Execution
Time to build and blast. You’ll plan and launch email sequences and funnel plays that turn cold prospects into warm conversations. When we do put money behind a campaign, you’ll treat every dollar like it’s your own, making sure there’s a rock-solid hypothesis behind every move.
Funnel Management and Reporting
Numbers are only half the story. You’ll track what’s working, from CPL to pipeline growth, and turn those insights into your next big test. We’re looking for a constant stream of new ideas and optimizations that generate qualified leads, not just a spreadsheet recap at the end of the month.
AI-Powered Operations
You use (and love to use) tools like Claude Cowork, Apify, Jasper, Loveable, and automation platforms to build systems and not just to rewrite your email funnel copy. You can show us what you’ve built, explain why it worked (or what you learned when it didn’t), and connect it to real lead generating outcomes.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 3-5+ years of hands-on growth or demand generation marketing experience. You’ve generated leads that became great customers.
• You’ve built things and are highly detail oriented: landing pages, email nurture sequences, and know how to maintain consistent audience segmentation, UTM tracking, and campaign reporting hygiene.
• Experience turning content into lead generation like email nurture sequences, lead magnets, and content-to-lead funnels.
• Analytical and ego-free: you form a hypothesis, test it, read the data, and kill it or scale it based on results.
• You’re a strong writer who can craft compelling copy that speaks our ICP’s language, actually converts, and isn’t filled with em dashes.
• Proven, documented use of AI tools in your workflow (not just ChatGPT for captions, we’re talking systems and automations to help generate more leads). You have experience using tools like Apify, Customers.ai, Vector, Canva, and CRM tools like Zoho or HubSpot.
• Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment. You’ll work alongside the Director of Marketing and be expected to test things and learn quickly, and move on.
• Behaviorally curious: you think about why people click, convert, and disengage and not just whether they did.

• A role for someone who needs three approvals to test a new idea.
• A role for someone who falls in love with their own campaigns instead of the data.
• A role where you coordinate other people’s execution. You are the execution.
KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS
• Qualified Lead Volume (MQLs): Consistent delivery of new leads that meet our defined qualification criteria.
• Pipeline Contribution (SQLs): The percentage of MQLs that move into active sales conversations.
• Conversion Rates: Measurable improvement in MQL→SQL and SQL→Opportunity conversion rates.
• Cost per Lead (CPL): Consistent tracking and optimization for lead generation efficiency within budget.
• Campaign Velocity: Campaigns launch on schedule and generate measurable, documented results.
• Experiment Velocity: Number of growth experiments run per quarter with documented hypotheses and learnings.
• Lead Quality Feedback: Regular alignment with the Sales team confirming lead quality and conversion path effectiveness.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $70,000 – $80,000 OTE (based on experience)
