Join an early-stage AI video software company and build its growth engine from the ground up. This hands-on role will shape how the company reaches mid-market consumer brands and supports business growth.

Own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social channels.
Develop organic growth through SEO, AEO, email, and lifecycle marketing.
Partner with Sales and Engineering to align campaigns with product launches and pipeline goals.
Manage budgets and optimize customer acquisition cost and payback metrics.
Use AI tools and the companys platform to speed up content and campaign execution.
Work with a content creator to develop effective creative assets.

Four to six years of experience in growth, performance, or demand-generation marketing, including at an early-stage, high-growth startup.
Demonstrated success scaling paid acquisition, with measurable results across channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Claude, and ChatGPT, including agentic AI products.
Experience marketing to consumer brands or consumer goods companies; experience in marketing SaaS, AI, or creative technology is a plus.
A bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
