We are seeking an experienced Full Stack WordPress Developer & UX/SEO Specialist to help build, optimize, and continuously improve the websites and digital experiences that power our marketing strategy and support the firm’s continued growth.

What You’ll Do

WordPress Development & Website Management

• Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
• Develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web experiences across multiple digital properties.
• Implement new features, enhancements, and custom functionality that support marketing and business objectives.
• Troubleshoot technical issues while maintaining website stability, security, and performance.

UX Implementation & Front-End Development

• Translate high-fidelity Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web experiences.
• Partner closely with designers to deliver intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Improve accessibility, usability, and mobile responsiveness across all websites.
• Ensure consistency across websites, landing pages, and digital products.

Technical SEO & Website Performance

• Implement and maintain technical SEO best practices across all web properties.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema markup, metadata, indexing, and site architecture.
• Monitor website health and proactively identify opportunities for performance improvements.
• Ensure websites deliver exceptional experiences for both users and search engines.

AI & Development Innovation

• Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar technologies to improve productivity.
• Utilize AI-assisted coding, debugging, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve scalability and development efficiency.
• Continuously improve development processes through automation and modern engineering practices.

Content Management, Security & Infrastructure

• Manage website publishing workflows and content deployment across multiple sites.
• Ensure content is properly formatted, optimized, and indexed.
• Maintain website backups, security protocols, hosting environments, and server reliability.
• Troubleshoot hosting, plugin, server, and infrastructure-related issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing, Creative, Content, and Leadership teams to execute digital initiatives.
• Deliver organized technical implementations and developer handoffs.
• Utilize project management tools to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Contribute strategic recommendations that improve website performance, SEO, and digital user experiences.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience developing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites.
• Advanced proficiency in WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, website architecture, and performance optimization.
• Experience translating Figma designs into responsive, production-ready websites.
• Experience working with modern WordPress development tools, themes, and page builders.
• Strong understanding of website security, hosting environments, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve development workflows and productivity.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within lead generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing environments.
• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and SEO auditing platforms.
• Experience with custom WordPress theme development and plugin customization.
• Experience supporting multi-site WordPress environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, UX best practices, and modern front-end optimization techniques.
• Professional certifications in Web Development, UX, SEO, Google Analytics, or related technical disciplines.
