About the Role</span>

We are a growing </span>UK -based digital marketing agency</span></b> looking for an experienced </span>Digital Search Specialist</span></b> based in South Africa to join our delivery team.</span>
</span></p>

This is a hands -on, performance -driven role requiring </span>strong practical experience in both PPC and SEO</span></b>. You will be responsible for managing paid search campaigns while delivering ongoing organic optimisation across a portfolio of UK -based clients.</span>
</span></p>

This is not a single -channel position. We are looking for a true hybrid search specialist who is confident executing, optimising and improving performance across both paid and organic search.</span>

Requirements</h3>

Paid Search (PPC)</span>
</span></h3>
  • Build, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search essential; Display/Performance Max advantageous)</span>

  • Conduct structured keyword research and campaign planning</span>
    </span></li>
  • Write and test ad copy to improve CTR and conversion performance</span>
    </span></li>
  • Manage bids, budgets and bidding strategies to maximise ROI</span>
    </span></li>
  • Monitor Quality Score, CPA, ROAS and overall campaign efficiency</span>

  • Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking (Google Ads & GA4)</span>
    </span></li>
  • Continuously test, refine and scale campaigns based on performance data</span>

  • Align paid activity with wider digital strategy and client objectives</span>

    Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)</span>

    • Deliver ongoing on -page SEO improvements across multiple websites</span>

    • Conduct keyword research, intent mapping and content optimisation</span>
      </span></li>
    • Optimise metadata, internal linking and site structure</span>
      </span></li>
    • Support technical SEO implementation in collaboration with web/development teams</span>
      </span></li>
    • Monitor rankings, traffic and engagement metrics</span>
      </span></li>
    • Identify growth opportunities through structured, data -led analysis</span>
      </span></li>
    • Align SEO strategy with PPC insights for integrated search performance</span>
      </span></li></ul>

      AI & Modern Search Optimisation</span>

      • Apply AI -influenced search principles across paid and organic channels</span>

      • Support optimisation for generative and answer -based search experiences</span>

      • Stay up to date with developments in AI -driven search and automation tools</span>

        • Monitor and analyse performance using GA4, Google Search Console and Google Ads</span>

          • Proven hands -on experience managing </span>Google Ads campaigns</span></b>

          • Demonstrable experience delivering </span>SEO improvements</span></b> across live websites</span>
            </span></li>
          • Strong working knowledge of GA4 and Google Search Console</span>
            </span></li>
          • Solid understanding of keyword strategy across both paid and organic search</span>
