For over 16 years, we have been a trusted premier college admissions counseling and educational resource platform based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Operating as a fully digital service, we combine proven, high-touch strategic counseling with modern digital tools to help students navigate the college application process.

We are expanding our reach and seeking a results-driven Digital Performance Marketer to own our paid acquisition channels, optimize our lead funnels, and build a scalable growth engine.

The Role

As our Digital Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for driving qualified lead generation (parents of high school students) through paid media (Google Search, Meta/Instagram) and digital funnel optimization.

You will work closely with our leadership team to convert ad spend into booked strategic consultations and automated webinar sign-ups, leveraging our existing CRM system and digital client platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Management: Design, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Search/Display and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) targeting high-intent demographics in competitive educational markets.
  • Funnel Optimization: Build and refine landing pages, A/B test ad creatives, and optimize lead capture forms to improve overall conversion rates (CVR) and lower Cost Per Lead (CPL) / Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement local SEO strategies and content optimizations around high-value search terms (e.g., UC admissions trends, STEM profile building, college counseling).
  • Analytics & Attribution: Set up clear conversion tracking, monitor campaign ROI across channels, and deliver clear weekly performance reporting with actionable growth recommendations.
  • Webinar & Event Promotion: Drive targeted attendance to live webinars, workshops, and seasonal college planning events through paid acquisition and retargeting campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of direct experience managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a proven track record of driving B2C high-ticket lead generation or professional service sign-ups.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, CRM lead tracking (Zoho, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar), and landing page builders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills—you make decisions based on CAC, CVR, ROAS, and retention data, not guesswork.
  • Creative Eye: Ability to write clear, compelling ad copy and collaborate on visually engaging ad assets that resonate with education-focused parents and students.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred (Plus) Qualifications

  • Experience in the Education, EdTech, Tutoring, or College Admissions industry.
  • Familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area education landscape and competitive high school demographics.

Benefits & Perks

  • 100% Remote Work: Flexible schedule with remote work convenience.
  • High-Impact Role: Direct access to company leadership where your work directly drives company growth.
  • Competitive Compensation: Base pay plus opportunities for performance-based incentives.
  • Professional Growth: Budget for tools, testing, and continuous learning.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume along with a short response highlighting:

  • A brief overview of a paid acquisition campaign you managed (budget, strategy, and key outcomes like CPA or ROAS).
  • Any experience you have marketing high-ticket services, education platforms, or localized consumer audiences.

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
