1. Project Delivery & Governance
– Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation → delivery → post-launch optimization)
– Establish clear scope, timelines, milestones, and KPIs
– Drive SteerCo reporting, risk management, and issue resolution
– Ensure alignment with PMO governance and transformation roadmap
2. Digital channel development: manage the development of
– Customer-facing platforms (web/app/self-service portals)
– Partner platforms (API integrations, embedded insurance)
– Ensure seamless omnichannel experience across Agency, Banca, and Partnerships
3. Data-Driven Performance Management: Define and track KPIs:
– Digital sales tracking
– Conversion rates
– Customer engagement & retention
– Use analytics to optimize funnel performance and user journeys
– Realized benefit reporting post launch
4. Transformation & Other business supports
– Drive initiatives such as: Digital onboarding (eKYC, straight-through processing), AI-enabled tools (fraud detection, personalization), Automation to reduce manual operations
– Assistance with the digital partner onboarding process
– Other ad-hoc request as assigned by Line Manager to support for business requirements
Qualifications
Qualification:
– University degree in Business, IT, Engineering
– PMP / Agile certification is a plus
Experience:
– 5 years in project management / digital / transformation
– Experience in insurance, banking, fintech, or e-commerce
– Proven track record delivering digital platforms or channel transformation
Knowledge:
– Strong project management (Agile/Waterfall)
– Understanding of APIs & system integration, Customer journey design, Digital sales funnels
– Excellent stakeholder management & communication
– Data-driven and growth mindset
Skills:
– Good interpersonal skills
– Good communication in English
