We’re Hiring: Account Manager @ Masse (x2)
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm ET (or PT, if preferred) – You do not need to be based in the US, but we do require US hours.

Masse is a 40-person SEO agency that has scaled entirely through word-of-mouth, delivering our signature Content at Scale and Manufacturing Consensus campaigns to ambitious tech companies at the cutting edge of AI, robotics and telehealth.
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our client-facing team as a key relationship owner for a portfolio of Masse clients.
You’ll be the primary day-to-day contact, keeping clients informed, confident, and commercially engaged while working closely with our delivery teams to ensure work lands on time and to brief.
This is a role for someone who is genuinely curious about SEO and digital performance, organised by nature, and brilliant with people. You don’t need to be a technical SEO expert — but you do need to understand enough to translate strategy into clear client communication.
What You’ll Do
- Own a portfolio of client accounts, managing relationships, expectations, and communications day-to-day
- Run regular client calls and reporting sessions, translating campaign performance into clear business narrative
- Work alongside our SEO and content teams to brief, coordinate, and QA deliverables before they go to clients
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your portfolio and flag them with the Account Director
- Maintain accurate records in our project management tools and ensure client timelines are tracked
- Escalate risks and flag account health issues proactively — no surprises
- Take the lead in onboarding new clients and getting them up to speed quickly
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of account management experience, ideally within a digital agency or SEO/content environment
- Confident, clear communicator — in writing, on calls, and in person
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple clients without dropping the ball
- Commercial awareness — you understand what clients care about and can connect delivery to outcomes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing agency where processes are still being shaped
- Familiarity with SEO concepts, content marketing, or performance reporting is a strong plus
