Join an early-stage AI video software company and build its growth engine from the ground up. This hands-on role will shape how the company reaches mid-market consumer brands and supports business growth.
What Youll Do
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social channels.
- Plan, launch, and measure experiments across ads, landing pages, messaging, and audiences.
- Develop organic growth through SEO, AEO, email, and lifecycle marketing.
- Partner with Sales and Engineering to align campaigns with product launches and pipeline goals.
- Manage budgets and optimize customer acquisition cost and payback metrics.
- Use AI tools and the companys platform to speed up content and campaign execution.
- Work with a content creator to develop effective creative assets.
What Were Looking For
- Four to six years of experience in growth, performance, or demand-generation marketing, including at an early-stage, high-growth startup.
- Demonstrated success scaling paid acquisition, with measurable results across channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong copywriting and messaging judgment, plus experience running hands-on experiments.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Claude, and ChatGPT, including agentic AI products.
- Experience marketing to consumer brands or consumer goods companies; experience in marketing SaaS, AI, or creative technology is a plus.
- A bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $140,000 to $185,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
