About The Role
OuterBox is currently seeking a dedicated SEO Strategist to join our Enterprise team. This fully remote position within the United States offers an exciting opportunity for a professional passionate about search engine optimization and digital marketing. The SEO Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing advanced SEO strategies tailored to client needs, aimed at increasing relevant traffic, improving search engine rankings, and generating qualified leads or sales. The role involves close collaboration with cross-departmental teams, including Paid Search and the SEO Team Lead, to ensure integrated strategies that align with client business goals. As a client-facing role, the SEO Strategist will measure and report on performance metrics, conduct competitor analysis, and continuously optimize strategies to stay ahead of industry trends. The position requires a proactive, self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in SEO strategy development and execution
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Brightedge, and Accuranker
- Experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to analyze competitor strategies and industry trends
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices
- Continuous learning mindset with a focus on professional development
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement advanced SEO strategies tailored to client needs and industry standards
- Measure, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to align digital marketing strategies with client business objectives
- Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends
- Manage SEO budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency
- Maintain regular communication with clients through email, calls, and meetings to update on progress and insights
- Stay informed on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, including algorithm updates and industry shifts
- Utilize SEO tools to develop, monitor, and refine optimization strategies
- Support continuous improvement of internal processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, contributing to overall company growth
- Assist in training or mentoring junior team members when required
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals
