About the Opportunity:
The SEO SENIOR SPECIALIST leads the development, execution, and optimization of advanced SEO campaigns to meet and exceed client goals. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of SEO, tracking performance, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO best practices. The position serves as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring alignment on SEO strategies and outcomes, thereby directly contributing to client success and organizational impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of comprehensive SEO campaigns
- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO efforts
- Monitor SEO performance metrics and implement optimization strategies
- Analyze data and prepare detailed reports for clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketers to embed SEO best practices
- Communicate SEO strategies and results to clients, providing expert recommendations
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Proven ability to analyze data and use analytics tools for marketing decisions
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities across multiple clients and initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client engagement
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Hiring salary range is $85,000 to $95,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus
