6+ years of project or program management experience, with a strong portion of that running digital, web, or marketing programs
Track record orchestrating cross-functional programs for a B2B SaaS company.
Cybersecurity or enterprise tech is a strong plus
Working knowledge of SEO, CRO, web analytics, and personalization — enough to scope projects, ask sharp questions, push back on weak plans, and translate between specialists and execs. You don’t need to run the audit; you need to know when one is off
Mastery of project management craft: Jira, sprint planning, dependency mapping, risk management, RACI clarity, and stakeholder communication
Comfort with high ambiguity. You can take a fuzzy goal from a stakeholder and return a sequenced plan within a day
Excellent written English and a documentation-first communication style
Sustained experience working extended US overlap from India and knows what it takes to make it work long term
Operates with autonomy and high judgment, comfortable making calls without waiting for the US to wake up
Nice to have
Prior PM experience embedded with a US-based growth, web, or marketing team
Familiarity with the modern web marketing stack (Adobe, Search Console, Looker Studio, a major A/B testing tool, a personalization platform)
Exposure to AEO, GEO, or LLM-driven discovery as emerging areas
Cybersecurity, data infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS background
