LeMieux
LeMieux is the UK’s fastest-growing equestrian and lifestyle brand, with a global community and big ambitions. Our success is driven by talented people who share our passion for innovation, collaboration, and excellence. We’re seeking an AI Search & SEO Lead to join our team and help shape the future of our brand.
What You’ll Do
- Own LeMieux’s organic search and AI visibility strategy end to end, building a full-funnel roadmap across traditional SEO, AEO and GEO, prioritised by commercial impact.
- Own technical SEO health – site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals and internal linking – partnering with developers on migrations, releases and fixes without regressing performance.
- Manage structured data and schema markup to maximise eligibility for rich results and AI citation.
- Drive keyword, entity and topic strategy, shaping content briefs and optimising on-page content, metadata and information architecture across the site and blog.
- Build LeMieux’s presence and authority across AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and voice assistants, strengthening entity signals so generative engines recommend us by name.
- Monitor AI citation and share of voice, adapting tactics as AI search surfaces and retrieval behaviour evolve.
- Build clear, decision-useful reporting across rankings, organic traffic, conversion, AI citations and share of voice – shifting the focus from rankings alone to retrievability and commercial contribution.
- Run a continuous testing and experimentation agenda, translating findings into action.
- Work closely with the Senior Ecommerce Commercial Manager, the paid media owners and the Senior Ecommerce Experience Manager, so search, paid and landing page strategy reinforce one another.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years’ hands-on SEO experience covering both technical and content/on-page work, ideally at a D2C brand or specialist agency.
- A strong technical foundation – crawling and indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals – and confidence working alongside developers.
- Genuine interest and early hands-on experience in AI search (AEO/GEO/LLM visibility) – you’re already testing how brands show up in AI answers.
- Strong analytical fluency with GA4, Google Search Console and a leading SEO platform such as Semrush or Screaming Frog.
- A commercial mindset – you treat search as a means to profitable revenue growth, not rankings for their own sake.
- A curious, experimental approach – comfortable with ambiguity and building a new discipline from the ground up; opinionated and evidence-led.
- Experience with AI visibility/citation-tracking tools, structured-data implementation at scale, or a background in a brand-led category (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, premium D2C) is a plus.
- Experience working across multiple markets (UK, US, EU), or familiarity with Adobe Commerce and content management systems, is an advantage.
