Senior SEO Specialist

We're partnering with a growing independent digital marketing agency to find an experienced Senior SEO Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, client-facing SEO professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with relationship management while helping clients navigate the future of search in the age of AI.
What You'll Do
- Lead SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of client accounts, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and develop recommendations to improve organic search performance.
- Partner with clients to create content strategies aligned with evolving search and AI best practices.
- Manage end-to-end production timelines for digital content supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Paid Media, Creative, Editorial, Design, Marketing, Localization, and Legal teams to coordinate campaign assets and ensure successful launches.
- Drive stakeholder communication, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple workstreams.
- Develop scalable workflows that improve campaign delivery, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI search trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site architecture, crawling/indexation, on-page optimization, analytics, and keyword research.
- Experience managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI-powered search, generative AI tools, and modern SEO workflows is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for clients.
