• Strong affinity with the energy or utilities sector; relevant experience is a plus

• Passion for the energy transition and the role of innovation in accelerating it

• Interest in and ideally experience with Artificial Intelligence, data, or digital technologies

• Analytical, proactive, and pragmatic mindset with a strong sense of ownership

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, economics, IT, or energy-related disciplines)

• Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of French and English

• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a structured way
