For our client, we are seeking a Web Strategy SEO & AI Lead to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive search and content-led growth initiatives that improve visibility, acquisition, and measurable demand. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end web strategy for the company.com, aligning site architecture and UX with business goals
- Act as the primary decision-maker for the website roadmap, balancing strategic and production needs
- Continuously evolve the website to reflect product launches and market trends
- Lead the organic discoverability strategy across traditional and AI-driven platforms
- Define and evolve an AEO/GEO strategy focused on structured content optimization
- Manage external SEO agencies, refining strategy and ensuring performance outcomes
- Optimize key conversion paths on the site through experiments and collaboration with demand gen teams
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in web production, SEO, or digital marketing in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- 1+ years of experience with WebFlow CMS and deep familiarity with modern web tools
- Proven track record in managing a high-traffic, high-impact website
- Strong hands-on SEO expertise across technical, on-page, and content dimensions
- Comfortable using data and analytics to make informed decisions
