Role Description As a SEO Executive at EasilyGrow, you will be responsible for optimizing websites to improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and overall visibility. On a day-to-day basis, you will conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, and collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented. You will monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance search performance and user experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Home, KS, working closely with cross-functional teams to support clients’ growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including on-page optimization, technical SEO basics, and off-page strategies.
- Experience using SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, rank trackers).
- Ability to collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO with content strategy and broader digital campaigns.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights and recommendations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Home, KS, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role; agency or multi-client experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
