About The Role

The role drives organic and paid acquisition channels, taking full ownership of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to scale user acquisition. Operating within a fast-growing digital marketing team, this position bridges the gap between technical search execution, content strategy, and paid media performance to maximize search visibility and conversion rates.

The specialist will manage and optimize a significant monthly ad spend across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, while simultaneously auditing and scaling technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives. The primary focus is lowering customer acquisition costs (CAC) while driving high-intent demo requests and trial sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies across technical, content, and link-building pillars to improve organic rankings and traffic.
  • Build, monitor, and optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, managing budgets, keyword bids, quality scores, and ad copy variation testing.
  • Conduct continuous keyword research, competitive analyses, and search intent mapping to identify high-yield organic and paid opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the web development and content teams to implement technical SEO improvements, including site architecture, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and mobile optimization.
  • Build custom attribution reports and dashboards in GA4, Google Looker Studio, and Salesforce to track multi-touch attribution, conversion paths, and ROI.
  • Design and execute systematic A/B tests on landing pages, ad extensions, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion rate optimization (CRO).

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing dedicated SEO and SEM programs, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Deep technical expertise with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console) and web analytics engines (GA4, Google Tag Manager).
  • Proven track record managing mid-to-large scale paid search budgets with deep mastery of Google Ads, keyword match types, smart bidding, and remarketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how search engines crawl and index complex web frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset with high proficiency in Excel, data manipulation, and building actionable performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Google Ads Certifications, experience with HubSpot integration, or familiarity with programmatic SEO pipelines.
