Job Title: Marketing Manager (SEO & Web Design Focus)

Job Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager based in Colorado Springs to lead our digital growth. You will spearhead our marketing campaigns, optimize our online presence, and manage our website. The ideal candidate pairs creative website design skills with advanced, proven SEO expertise to drive organic traffic and conversions.Key Responsibilities

• Optimize SEO strategy to increase organic search rankings, traffic, and revenue.
• Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits and ongoing improvements.
• Design and maintain high-performing, visually appealing website pages and landing pages.
• Analyze web traffic and SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Manage content calendars ensuring all copy is fully optimized for target keywords.
• Lead local marketing initiatives specifically targeted at the Colorado market.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3+ years in digital marketing management roles.
• SEO Expertise: Deep knowledge of keyword research, link building, and technical SEO.
• Web Design: Proficiency with WordPress, Webflow, HTML/CSS, or similar design platforms.
• Tools: Expert fluency in Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and GA4.
• Location: Must reside in Colorado (Hybrid or Remote options available).

Preferred Skills

• Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma.
• Paid search (PPC) and paid social media advertising experience.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $54,000 – $70,000/year (Dependent on experience; compliant with Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act).
