Easy Garage Door Repair has a powerful story to tell—over 1,000 happy clients, an accredited BBB status, and thousands of successful projects across Houston. We are seeking a creative, analytical Marketing Specialist to elevate our digital presence, generate high-intent inbound leads, and champion our local brand. You will manage our local search footprint (SEO/Google Maps), coordinate hyper-targeted paid advertising, and create engaging social content that shows off our stunning transformations. (Pay is based on experience) 

Key Responsibilities

  • Local SEO & Google Maps: Optimize our local search presence across Houston neighborhoods. Manage our Google Business Profiles, monitor reviews, and ensure local landing pages (e.g., Katy, The Woodlands, Bellaire) rank for high-intent keywords.
  • Paid Advertising Management: Collaborate with or oversee digital ad campaigns (Google Local Services Ads, PPC, and Facebook Ads), tracking ROI closely to maximize conversion rates and minimize cost-per-lead.
  • Content Creation & Social Media: Visit job sites or coordinate with technicians to capture high-quality “before-and-after” photos and videos of modern garage door installations. Run our Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube channels.
  • Promotional Campaign Execution: Create and deploy seasonal digital campaigns highlighting our promotional codes (like HOUSTON25), financing options (0% APR), and emergency services.
  • Email & SMS Marketing: Design and launch newsletters and text message touchpoints targeting our existing client base for routine maintenance checkups and safety tune-ups.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous digital marketing experience, ideally focused on local lead generation for home services, contracting, or retail businesses.
  • Technical SEO/PPC Skills: Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and local search algorithm factors.
  • Creative Execution: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to match our fast, trusted, and approachable brand voice. Basic video editing and photography skills are a must.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, analyzing performance metrics weekly, and adjusting strategies based on what drives actual phone calls and form submissions.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-starter who is comfortable stepping out into the field to gather content and understands how to market to both residential luxury homes and commercial accounts.
