We’re looking for an SEO Specialist / Growth Guide who’s ready to take ownership of client relationships while continuing to grow their skills.

This is a customer-facing role, where you’ll manage a portfolio of smaller Hero accounts—leading strategy, communication, and execution with support from senior team members.

Compensation

$35,000 – $42,000 (Base + Performance Bonuses)

Commitment to the Role

This is a full-time position that requires full focus and commitment.

We are looking for team members who are fully dedicated to their role at Markinuity and are not actively running a business or taking on side clients that would create conflicts of interest.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

Own the Relationship

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your Heroes
• Lead monthly strategy and reporting calls
• Build trust and long-term partnerships

Drive Strategy

• Conduct basic SEO audits and research
• Develop and present clear growth plans
• Identify opportunities to improve performance

Execute & Deliver

• Implement on-page and technical SEO updates
• Support content and campaign execution
• Perform hands-on website updates

Track & Improve

• Monitor rankings, traffic, and leads
• Deliver monthly reports
• Adjust strategies based on performance

What Success Looks Like

• Strong Hero relationships and retention
• Consistent SEO and lead improvements
• Clear, confident communication with clients
• Reliable execution and follow-through

Role Details

• Manage smaller, lower-complexity Hero accounts
• Work closely with senior Growth Guides for support
• Full-time role (40 hours per week)
• Must be available during standard business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (EST)
• Fully remote

Qualifications:

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of SEO or digital marketing experience
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, technical, local)
• Organized, coachable, and eager to grow
