In this role, you’ll translate high-level SEO strategy into hands-on execution, delivering measurable gains in search visibility, qualified traffic, and conversions. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including content, paid media, development, and client services to ensure integrated and impactful search outcomes.
SEO Campaign Execution & Client Accounts
Roll out SEO strategies across multiple client accounts
Monitor ongoing performance and proactively identify optimisation opportunities
Build and manage monthly SEO action plans
Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and planned initiatives
Contribute insights and performance input into quarterly reviews
Technical SEO
Conduct comprehensive technical audits using industry-standard tools
Identify and resolve crawlability, indexation, and site health challenges
Compile clear technical recommendations for developers
QA and validate SEO changes post-implementation
Monitor technical performance indicators such as page speed and UX signals
Content & On-Site Optimisation
Perform keyword research aligned to search intent and business goals
Map keyword strategies across site architectures
Optimise metadata, headers, internal linking, and page layouts
Create detailed SEO content briefs for writers
Refresh and optimise existing content to improve engagement and rankings
Track ranking movements and on-site user behaviour
Link Building & Authority Growth
Support backlink acquisition and outreach campaigns
Review backlink profiles to identify risks and opportunities
Analyse competitor authority and off-site strategies
Measure improvements in domain authority and referral performance
Local SEO
Manage and optimise business profiles and listings
Ensure citation accuracy and consistency across directories
Support initiatives aimed at increasing customer reviews
Track and improve local search visibility
Reporting & Performance Insights
Compile concise, insight-driven monthly SEO reports
Monitor KPIs including rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
Ensure data accuracy across reporting platforms
Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner with content teams to strengthen SEO-led content strategies
Work closely with developers on technical enhancements
Share organic insights with paid media teams to align search efforts
Provide actionable insights to client-facing teams
Participate in internal strategy and performance sessions
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
2–5 years’ practical SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
Demonstrated success in improving organic search performance
Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and link building
Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and reporting tools
Familiarity with CMS platforms and website structures
Basic HTML knowledge
Advanced spreadsheet skills for analysis and reporting
