Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cutting-edge SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive high-quality traffic.
• Perform advanced keyword research, search intent analysis, and entity-based SEO to optimize content.
• Conduct on-page SEO optimization, including schema markup, internal linking, and topical authority building.
• Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, and overall technical SEO performance.
• Implement E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) best practices for better rankings.
• Execute programmatic SEO strategies to scale organic traffic.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and implement adaptive SEO techniques.
• Manage and optimize Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and SEO plugins/tools.
• Execute link-building strategies with a focus on high-authority digital PR, guest posting, and HARO outreach.
• Optimize for local SEO, Google Business Profile, and hyperlocal keyword targeting for improved local search rankings.
• Leverage AI-driven tools like ChatGPT, SurferSEO, and Clearscope for data-driven content optimization.
• Track KPIs such as organic traffic growth, CTR, conversion rates, bounce rates, and user engagement using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and organic growth strategies.
• Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and SurferSEO.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript rendering, and server-side SEO optimizations.
• Understanding of content clusters, semantic SEO, and NLP-based content strategies.
• Experience with content optimization, keyword mapping, and search intent analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with content, design, and development teams for SEO implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
