About the Role
As a Senior Growth Marketer, you will spearhead critical growth initiatives, focusing on testing and validating new opportunities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, curious, and enthusiastic about experimentation, with a strong drive to collaborate across teams to broaden the organization’s reach. You’ll be part of a small, highly autonomous team and report directly to the CPO.
What You’ll do…
- Identify and validate growth opportunities, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making and drive impactful results.
- Design and implement tests aimed at improving conversion rates across landing pages, sign-up flows, and onboarding experiences.
- Develop business cases for new growth experiments, prioritizing initiatives with the highest potential for return on investment.
- Conduct research and development on innovative initiatives that can expand the organization’s reach and drive growth.
- Lead experiments from concept to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility and measure impact.
- Collaborate with crossfuntional teams on content, SEO, product marketing, product, to scale successful initiatives once validated.
- Systematize validated growth hypotheses into clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) for specialist teams to manage and scale.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in growth marketing, with a strong background in driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Experience in SaaS or tech is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or similar platforms to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance.
- Demonstrated ability to experiment, iterate, and scale growth initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, SEO, email marketing, and paid acquisition strategies.
- Ability to think outside the box and identify innovative marketing strategies to drive growth.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, content, design, and engineering teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple initiatives at once and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with growth tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo, and familiarity with customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
