Responsible for developing and delivering high-quality technical content that communicates complex concepts in a clear and engaging way to both technical and business audiences. Supports marketing initiatives by creating content that builds credibility, drives engagement, and aligns with campaign and business objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a technical content roadmap aligned with marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies
• Researches, writes, and edits content such as white papers, blogs, website copy, and email campaigns
• Translates complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences
• Ensures accuracy, consistency, and relevance of all marketing content
• Collaborates with product, sales, and technical teams to gather insights and develop use cases
• Integrates technical messaging into digital campaigns, events, and marketing programs
• Reviews and edits content created by internal teams or external contributors
• Stays updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical content, marketing, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, infrastructure, and enterprise IT concepts
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively
• Experience collaborating with technical and cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with SEO, campaign performance metrics, and analytics tools preferred
