Role Overview</b>
</h3>

We’re hiring a results -driven Growth Marketer to lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to design and run experiments, optimize campaigns, and unlock scalable growth across digital channels.</span>
</p>

Key Responsibilities</b>
</h3>
  • Develop, execute, and iterate multi -channel growth strategies (email, social media, SEO/SEM, content, paid ads).</span>

  • Design and manage A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels and user retention.</span>
    </p></li>

  • Analyze campaign metrics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, CRM tools) to extract insights and inform decisions.</span>
    </p></li>

  • Optimize performance via paid campaigns and referral programs.</span>
    </p></li>

  • Collaborate cross -functionally with engineering, product, and content teams to align growth efforts.</span>
    </p></li>

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.</span>
    </p></li>

  • Own reporting on KPIs—CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROI—and drive continuous improvement.</span>

    Requirements</h3>

    Required Qualifications</b>
    </h3>
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field</span>
      </p></li>

    • 2+ years of growth or digital marketing experience, ideally in a startup/tech setting.</span>
      </p></li>

    • Proficiency with analytics and A/B testing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, Excel/SQL/Python)</span>
      </p></li>

    • Strong data -driven mindset with excellent analytical and creative problem -solving skills</span>
      </p></li>

    • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, email marketing, content, and social media campaigns</span>
      </p></li>

    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills</span>

      • Experience with growth automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mixpanel).</span>

      • Basic knowledge of product -led growth principles and user acquisition funnels</span>
