The Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO & PPC Specialist to join our team on a part-time, in-office basis. This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who has been in the trenches — someone who understands what it takes to move rankings, manage ad spend efficiently, and communicate results clearly.

In addition to SEO and PPC, this person will support web design and development project management, helping keep client buildouts on track from kickoff to launch.

Hours are 3 to 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, at our Aurora office.

What You Will Do

• Plan, build, and optimize SEO campaigns for local service business clients
• Set up, manage, and improve PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a focus on ROI and lead generation
• Manage social media strategies for clients including content scheduling, engagement, and reporting
• Conduct keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization, and competitive analysis
• Support web design and development projects as a project manager — tracking timelines and keeping deliverables on schedule
• Analyze campaign performance and communicate results through clear reporting
• Contribute ideas on leveraging our in-house AI tools to improve performance and workflow
• Collaborate closely with the Anew team in person, every day

What We Are Looking For

• Proven, hands-on SEO experience — real campaign management and measurable results
• Hands-on PPC experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
• Social media management experience — you have run brand accounts and managed content calendars
• Web project management experience — you have helped oversee website builds
• Strong communication skills — with clients and teammates alike
• Self-starter who owns their responsibilities without being micromanaged
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs

In-Office Requirement
