Overview

We are hiring a Digital Product Manager to own and optimise the end-to-end experience across our website and app — from product development to merchandising and organic discovery (SEO & AI search).

This is a hybrid role combining product management, Shopify operations, and growth through organic channels. The ideal candidate views these as a connected ecosystem rather than separate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management

  • Own the digital product roadmap for the website and app
  • Write clear feature requirements with acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with developers through sprint cycles (brief → QA)
  • Track feature performance and recommend improvements

Shopify Merchandising

  • Manage Search & Discovery (synonyms, boosting, pinned results, etc.)
  • Optimise PLP & PDP pages, banners, filters, and collections
  • Ensure storefront is regularly audited and error-free
  • Manage product listings (tags, metadata, filters) before launch

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Own on-page and technical SEO across product and collection pages
  • Manage URL structure, redirects, canonical tags, and filters
  • Build strategy to improve visibility on AI search platforms (Google SGE, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Track organic performance and drive actionable insights
  • Align SEO efforts with paid marketing strategies

Must Have

  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (collections, metafields, search tools)
  • Experience managing SEO for e-commerce platforms
  • Understanding of structured data and AI-based search
  • Ability to create clear and detailed product requirement documents
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Shopify Analytics)
  • Strong ownership and execution mindset
  • Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Understanding of paid campaigns and UTM tracking
  • Basic technical debugging (DevTools)
  • Awareness of revenue impact (P&L thinking)
  • Strong mix of strategic thinking and execution
  • Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving approach
  • Focused on delivering quality outcomes, not just outputs
