Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Google SEO, content strategy, social media management, and emerging AI-driven SEO techniques. This role is ideal for someone who blends analytical thinking with creative execution and stays ahead of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions
– Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization
– Manage website content, including landing pages, blogs, and service pages
– Oversee content calendar creation and execution aligned with SEO goals
– Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
– Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms
– Implement and optimize AI-driven SEO strategies (content generation, SERP analysis, automation tools)
– Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with sales and business objectives
– Stay up-to-date with algorithm updates, digital trends, and AI advancements

Qualifications
– 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong SEO focus
– Proven track record of improving search rankings and driving organic growth
– Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
– Strong understanding of technical SEO, backlinks, and content optimization
– Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and paid/organic campaigns
– Familiarity with AI tools for SEO and content (e.g., ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Jasper, etc.)
– Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills

Preferred Skills
– Experience in home improvement, construction, or local service industries
– Knowledge of local SEO strategies (Google Business Profile optimization, reviews, citations)
– Basic understanding of PPC/Google Ads is a plus
