Job Description:
The AI SEO Specialist provides tactical support for organic optimization initiatives across traditional search engines, AI-driven search experiences, and local search platforms. This role focuses on technical SEO execution, reporting, performance analysis, and supporting multi-location clients with ongoing optimization efforts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform technical SEO audits and identify optimization opportunities
• Support on-site SEO initiatives including metadata, internal linking, and content optimization
• Monitor and analyze search engine performance metrics across traditional and AI search environments
• Pull and interpret SEO data sets to support strategic recommendations and reporting
• Assist with client-ready reports and PowerPoint presentations
• Collaborate with strategists, developers, and content teams to support SEO best practices
• Support local SEO initiatives for multi-location clients
• Provide ongoing optimization support and performance tracking recommendations

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 1–3 years of SEO or digital marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts and auditing methodologies
  • Experience with local SEO and multi-location client environments
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Moz STAT, and similar platforms
  • Experience with on-page SEO best practices and search performance analysis
  • Ability to analyze SEO data and present actionable insights
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and clients
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with Profound or similar AI search visibility monitoring tools
  • Exposure to AI-native search optimization strategies
  • Experience supporting retail, performance marketing, or home services clients
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting platforms
