SEO Specialist (Technical & Performance Focus)
Based in Johannesburg
Salary: R40 000 – R50 000
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist — uD83DuDEAB Please Note: This role is strictly for hands-on SEO professionals with proven technical expertise. General digital marketers without deep SEO experience will NOT be considered.
Minimum Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience as an SEO Specialist
Strong technical SEO and website optimisation experience
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
Proven experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz or similar)
Google Analytics certification (GA4 preferred)
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Experience with keyword research, performance tracking, and reporting
Advantageous:
Experience in GEO
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, Communication, or Business
